Corral Canyon OHV Area

Thursday, February 13, 2014
Alt Names Cleveland National Forest, Descanso Ranger District, Corral Motorized Trail, Pine Valley OHV, Bronco Flats, Morena Stokes Valley Road, Los Pinos Road, Four Corner, Pine Valley OHV Area, 4 Corners OHV Area, Greenhorn Motorized Trail
Last Known Status Open
DESCRIPTION

This area offers about 51 miles of off-road trails, with two nice campgrounds and some great views. The trails have a unique feel to them, with sharp turns, fast brush tunnels, and some sections of solid rock. The rock formations are popular with 4x4 off road enthusiasts.

Camping is permitted at Corral Canyon and Bobcat Meadows, each providing 20 sites that can accommodate vehicles up to 27 feet long.

(When we visited there were no self pay stations at the staging area or campgrounds so you'll need to get an Adventure Pass before you go.)

This trail had unique sections of solid rock. The trail hooks left on the face of this rock, than turns back into dirt. Fun!
