This part of the Sequoia National Forest offers miles of old logging and fire roads to explore. The terrain is moderately challenging making this a good place to bring the quads or UTVs.

Camping with direct trail access can be found at the Jerseydale Campground, which has 10 sites, each with a picnic table and BBQ grill. There is no fee charged for camping but sites are on a first come, first service basis. Amenities include a vault toilet and potable water.
