| DESCRIPTION |
This 18 mile novice jeep trail loops through a scenic forest of hickory and oak trees. Some sections can be muddy with several moderately sized mud puddles. There are three staging opportunities for the trail loop and three-wheelers are prohibited.

1) Take I-68 (US-40) east to exit 62, about 8 miles
2) Turn right (south) off the exit ramp, continue 1.9 miles
3) Turn left on Fifteen-Mile Creek Rd., continue about 1 miles.
4) Staging area is on the right.
Alternate Staging Directions
From: Flintstone, MD
1) Take I-68 (US-40) east to exit 62, about 8 miles
2) Turn right (south) off the exit ramp, continue 6 miles
3) Turn left (east) on Mertens Ave. Two staging opportunities can be found on Mertens Ave. The first staging area is about several hundred yards in and the second one is about 1.8 miles in. |
