Open to street legal motorcycles only, this area offers about 90 miles of trails separated by sections of pavement. The trails are marked by purple blazes and can be steep, narrow and rocky in some sections.

The trail system can be accessed by two trailheads - the Sand Mountain Staging area is located on the west side and the Jacks Mountain Staging on the east side.

Camping can be found at the Seven Mountains Campground or Poe Valley State Park.
