Open daily to all OHVs, this area offers 400 acres of trails, mud bogs, rock crawling and hill climbs. Overnight primitive camping is allowed and small fires are permitted with a fire ring. Future projects include a club house, trail maps and campsites.

Open to motorcycles only, this track at one time was on the race circuit and hosted two NESC and two Main series events each year and was not open for public practice. It is currently closed and the future of the land is uncertain. Check the NESC website for current race schedule.

Dixmont Trails

Several small sand pits and miles of smooth and fast trails can be found at this trail system. There are two staging areas, however if you are staging near the intersection of RT 7 and 202 you must get permission first. More challenging trails can be found near Mt. Harris which offers rewarding scenic views.

Located within a ski park, this natural terrain track was surrounded by trees and had challenging elevation changes due to being built into a side of a hill. The track also had a cement starting gate and was open to both quads and motorcycles however it is now currently closed due to safety, maintenance and insurance issues. The onsite campground area has also been discontinued.

Main track offers a mixture of obstacles; first section is hard packed with gravel that turns into a sandy section, which turns into a loam. There is a 75’ tabletop jump. Most of the track is wide and fast with a few tight sections. Practice is available April through October Monday through Thursday from noon to 7pm with some weekends.

This multi-use trail is about 40 miles long and consists mainly of an old railroad grade. There are multiple access points with several picnic areas. Trail is open to OHVs from late spring to early fall.

This multi-use trail has multiple access points and is 14 miles long that consists of gravel with several sandy sections. Scenery ranges from rolling hills, deep forest vegetation and views of surrounding farmlands. During winter months this trail may be enjoyed by snowmobiles.

This lodge is open year-round and offers direct access to hundreds of miles of maintained ATV trails that wind through beautiful forests, stream crossings, waterfalls, gravel pits and dirt roads. The trails eventually connect to the Aroostook County ATV Trail System. Moose and deer and sightings can be plentiful and trails are open to ATVs from May through late fall. Nearby attractions include maple syrup production tours, white river rafting, golfing and fishing.

Over 50 miles of multi-use trails with thick forest scenery can be found at this recreation area. Some sections consist of loose rocks and tree roots. Wild turkey, bobcats, black bear and great horned owls inhabit the area. Camping and campfires are not allowed. If bringing a pet make sure to keep it leashed and on the trail as hunters are known to leave traps with meat to attract wild animals.

Mt. Blue State Park

Open year round, this state park offers about 25 miles of ATV trails that wind through deep forest vegetation. Abundant wildlife can be found here such as deer, black bear, foxes and moose. Nearby Web Lake offers a campground, boat ramp, beach area and hiking trials. Campsites must be reserved at least one week prior to your arrival by contacting the Mt. Blue Park Office at (800) 332-1501 (in state) or (207) 287-3824 (calling outside the state of ME). During the winter months that park offers cross-county ski & snowmobile trails and an ice rink.

This locals' route follows the powerlines, with a number of side trails and sand pits. The trails are fast and fun, and there are several access points.

This brand new family friendly destination offers 700 acres of scenic wooded trails that are open to all OHVs. Other features include a rock crawling section, mud bogs and a peewee track. Future plans will include a full sized motocross track, hill climbs, miniature golf, cabins and sand drags. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided for an additional fee. Overnight camping is allowed and onsite amenities include shower and restroom facilities. During winter a snowcross track is open to snowmobiles. Park is open by reservation only during both weekdays and weekends, and minimums of 10 people are required to book a weekend. Weekday rates are $20/person and camping is $10/person. Friday through Sunday is $100/person with 5 meals and Friday through Monday is $150/person and includes 8 meals. Daily, yearly and lifetime memberships are now available.

This novice friendly track mainly consists of soft dirt but can get very muddy during wet weather. Surrounded by deep forest scenery, there is also a shooting range nearby.

This is a great looking motocross track tucked away in the woods of Bryant Pond. It features some natural terrain in a somewhat scenic setting, and the fencing that lines the perimeter of the track offers some great vantage points for spectators. The track is open Tuesday through Sunday from noon to 7pm. Practice fee is $15 and overnight camping is allowed.

Located in northeastern Main, this track is open for practice on Friday from 2pm-dark and is $20/per rider. ATVs are allowed and there is no fee for overnight camping. The track is fairly simple with no natural elevation changes, but it is very casual, and a great for all ages. Check website for current race schedule.
