This trail system offers three main loops that consist of sand and dirt with numerous whoops and some steep inclines that wind through a mixed hardwood and pine tree forest. Camping is not permitted and the rangers occasionally check for permits or proof of paid day use fees.

The trails are available daily from dawn to dusk between the dates of December 31 and September 14 and on Sundays only during hunting season, which runs from September 15 through December 30.
