This area at one time was the lesser known southern entry point to Hungry Valley but is no longer open to motorized use. The land is no longer managed by the BLM land but has been transferred to the the Reno-Sparks Indian Colony Tribal Council.

1) Take I-80 E to Pyramid Way Exit 2) Turn north on Pyramid Way (approx 7 1/2 miles) 3) Turn left on Eagle Canyon Drive and proceed past housing developments and high school. Look for kiosk(s) which mark the preferred entry points or... 4) Follow Eagle Canyon Drive past the reservation (approx 8 miles) until it eventually turns to dirt. |
