| DESCRIPTION |
Open to the public, this track is open for practice on Wednesdays from 4pm to dark from between mid April through mid August. Park consists of a 1.2 mile long loamy track with a concrete starting pad, stadiumcross track and night track. While there is no ocean nearby, the name comes from a local who once stood on top of a flat section of a slate quarry and looked down at the hills below and saw low floating clouds resembling frozen ocean waves.
