This small park features some short trails, mud holes, some play areas, a clay flat track, and a motocross track. 4x4s, go-karts, snowmobiles, mountain bikes, ATV’s and motorcycles are allowed. Picnic areas and an onsite campground are available and fishing opportunities are plentiful on any of the six stocked lakes. The property is available by appointment only.

Open daily from 9am to 7pm, this park offers miles of trails that wind through 365 acres of scenic woods and scattered ponds. The trails are novice friendly and are perfect for the family or beginner rider. A TrailPass membership is required to access the park can be purchased onsite. Located on a once active naval industrial plant, this area offers several tracks and sand pits however it is currently only open to those who know the owner. There is a possibility that it may open sometime in the future to the general public. Angelina Jolie is currently working on a new movie called “Salt” that is being filmed near this location.

Carriageway motocross track in Westerlo, NY is still in the construction phase. When it opens, the owners plan to allow both motorcycles and ATVs on the track and are also considering developing a Sno-Cross area for snowmobiles in the winter. Located on a farm, this track has been holding race events for over 30 years. Track has a concrete starting pad and consists of dark, loamy soil that is mixed with grass. Onsite amenities include ample parking, concession stand and cold shower facilities. Quads are not allowed. Metropolitan Sports Committee membership is required, and the cost it $25/person or $35 at the gate.

Located on Long Island, this property offers three tracks for all skill levels including a beginner track, main MX / ATV track, and a supercross track. Track is open daily from 10am to sunset and membership is required which ranges from $1,000/person or $1,500 per family per year. Beginners riding lessons are also available upon request and are $30/hour. While in the area, you can visit nearby Lake Ronkonkoma if you dare. Local legends say it has been haunted ever since the drowning of an Indian princess.

This national style track hosted AMA District 4 races and had numerous uphill and downhill sections plus panoramic spectator views. The track is currently closed.

This is a large park with green grassy surroundings, trees, and sloping hills. This tracks are normally open for practice on Saturdays and Sundays from late March through late October. The park is open during select dates from 10am to dusk and offers about 1 mile of trail that winds through a dense forest and a flat field for beginners. Future plans will include a go-kart track.

This groomed natural terrain motocross track is 1.3 miles long and has a starting gate, doubles, triples, step ups and table tops. Track is available Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday from 10am to dark. Yearly memberships are required, and are valid from November 1 through October 31.

Open to the public, this track is open for practice on Wednesdays from 4pm to dark from between mid April through mid August. Park consists of a 1.2 mile long loamy track with a concrete starting pad, stadiumcross track and night track. While there is no ocean nearby, the name comes from a local who once stood on top of a flat section of a slate quarry and looked down at the hills below and saw low floating clouds resembling frozen ocean waves.

This ATV park offers about twenty miles of challenging woods trails, hill climbs and muddy sections that wind through a scenic forest over three hundred acres. Overnight camping is primitive and permitted for no extra fee. Park is open daily from 8am to dusk. Proof of insurance along with a TrailPass membership is required to enter the park.

This OHV friendly park offers a pee-wee track, public motocross track with moderate jumps, mud bogs, a amazing enough a 4-mile long enduro style trail loop with spotters to assist with tricky sections. All trails are one way and well marked. Amenities include a restaurant, gift-shop and an free campground ($20.00 for hookups). Firewood is included free of charge and alcohol is prohibited during daylight hours.

This park near Rochester offers an outdoor motocross track as well as a brand new Nite-X clay track with lights. Currently there are no quad events but overnight camping is available. Check the website for current practice schedule.

This 1-mile long natural terrain motocross tracks is part of a ski slope. The parking area sits right next to a wide scenic stream. There is an amusement park onsite, which has a go-kart track, water rides and a climbing wall. Check the Metropolitan Sports Committee website for race events and membership fees, as you must show a Metropolitan Sports Committee card to ride on the track.

Open for practice on Thursdays from 4pm to dusk, this track is open to all riding levels and is about .8 miles long and mainly consists of a mixture of sandy and hard pack sections. Practice fees are $20/rider and spectators get in for free. Onsite amenities include vault toilets and ample flat grassy parking with panoramic track views for spectators.

Located in the beautiful Adirondack Park in upstate New York, this family friendly campground offers RV hookups, general store, deli, swimming pool along with restroom and shower facilities. There is currently 1.5 miles of novice trails that is geared toward beginner riders with future plans to add more advanced trails in 2010. A TrailPass membership is required and can be purchased onsite.

This area offers a motocross, supercross and peewee track and is open for practice on Tuesday from 4:30 - 8:30. Overnight parking is allowed for no extra charge.

Scenic hiking trails, a picnic area, stocked pond with Koi fish and a museum are also available. Nearby Unadilla MX is about 30 miles north and is one of the tracks that is on the AMA Nationals racing circuit. Overnight camping is permitted.
