In the state of Idaho, all dirt bikes, ATVs, UTVs and custom vehicles which are not street legal (e.g. sand rails) must have an OHV registration sticker.

For Residents: As of January 1, 2021, the OHV registration sticker fee is $12.50 and is required for all off-road vehicles. The stickers can be purchased at most local shops, dealerships or online.

For Non-Residents: Any off-road vehicle operated in Idaho must have a current Idaho non-resident registration sticker which can be purchased online (as of January 1, 2020, Idaho has eliminated reciprocity).

For additional information contact the Idaho Parks And Registration Office at (800) 247-6332.
