This part of the Chickaloon-Knik-Nelchina trail system is about 10 miles long and eventually connects with the Boulder Creek Trail. The trail is usually very muddy and often has deep mud and water puddles to cross. This trail is one of the more difficult areas off the Glenn Highway.
