Open daily from 10am to 6pm between the months of May through November, this area offers miles of ATV and motorcycle trails as well as a beginners course with two jumps. The perimeter trail is similar to a harescramble course which has a creek crossing. Scenic hiking, mountain bike and snowshoeing trails are also available (weather permitting). The property also features a 30-acre field that overlooks the valley of the Susquehanna River. Amenities include a picnic area, stocked pond with Koi fish, a museum and camping facilities.

Race quads and motorcycles are not permitted as beginner course is designed for kids. Riders must have protective gear which includes boots, gloves, helmet, pants and long sleeves and all vehicles must have a silencer. ATVs and motorcycles over 400cc without kids are not permitted unless speaking with the property owner first. Trail speed limit is 15mph.

Nearby Unadilla MX is about 30 miles north and is one of the tracks that is on the AMA Nationals racing circuit, and the National Baseball Hall Of Fame and Museum is about 60 miles northeast in Cooperstown.
