Down South Offroad

Monday, July 24, 2017

Alt Names

San Jacinto River

Last Known StatusClosed

Bordering the San Jacinto River, this offroad park at one time offered 700 acres of woods trails, hill climbs, deep mud bogs and numerous small lakes to explore but is permanently closed and no longer open for riding. The property even had a beach area, making it a nice place to relax and cool off after a day of riding.

Primitive camping was permitted and choices ranged from the standard tent sites to lake front spots. This listing will remain up for historical purposes and to help prevent a wasted trip.
